Inverclyde’s much-loved Galoshans Mini Parade and Street Party returns for another unforgettable evening of Halloween-inspired fun, creativity and community celebration.
Join us at Custom House Way as the Mini Parade sets off along the waterfront, led by the Inverclyde YMI Street Band, Galoshans Giants and community participants, before arriving at Custom House Square where the festivities truly begin.
This year’s Street Party promises a magical mix of live music, arts and crafts, interactive activities, street theatre, and family-friendly entertainment. Festival favourites including the Galoshans Giants will return alongside exciting new attractions, including Tim Davis’ incredible Archnobot giant spider puppet as it weaves its way through the crowds and across the waterfront.
Visitors can also enjoy the Travelling Gallery Art Bus, creative workshops, walkabout performances, delicious food and plenty of Halloween surprises throughout the evening.
Whether you’re joining the parade, getting creative with the family or simply soaking up the atmosphere, the Galoshans Street Party is a celebration of Inverclyde’s unique traditions, creativity and community spirit. All activities are free and family friendly.
